Wonderland Plants does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for any plants due their perishable nature. If there is significant cause for concern, please email us with your order number, photos of the plant and a detailed description of the issue within 2 days of your collection. We will assess the problem and get back to you with our solution or advice.
Non-living products are subject to return for Shop Credit up to 5 days from collection if they are in the exact same state as when they were first purchased. Wonderland Plants reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges or refunds if the product does not meet our standard of quality or policy guideline.
In the unlikely event that your order items are out of stock, we will inform you by phone or email with the option for an exchange or full refund for the item. Our team will confirm when the refund has been processed, but it can take 3-5 working days to be visible on your statement.
